Faisal Hassan Siddique started Design Code in 2012. Since then we have built homes, offices and commercial spaces across Bangladesh, taking on one project at a time so each one gets our full attention.
We work closely with each client from the first conversation through to the final handover, and we stay on as long as our work is in the room. We believe in restraint, good materials and the kind of details that reveal themselves slowly.

Yes. Our head office is in Chittagong and we take on projects all over Bangladesh, including Dhaka. Site visits, supervision and delivery are handled by our own team wherever the project is.
It depends on the size of the space, the finishes you choose and how much of the work is turnkey. We give you a clear written quote after the first consultation, with the cost broken down so you can see what drives it. The first consultation is free.
Most projects run six to nine months from first meeting to handover. A single apartment can be quicker, and a large commercial fit out can take longer. We give you a schedule before work starts.
Turnkey means we handle everything: design, materials, buying, building on site and the final handover. You work with one team and one contract, so you are not managing separate contractors yourself.
Yes. If you already have drawings or a contractor, we can come in as consultants. We advise on space planning, materials and finishes, and review the work as it goes without doing the buying.
We listen. You tell us about the space, how you want to use it and roughly what you want to spend. We ask questions, share how we work, and follow up with a proposal. It is free and there is no obligation.
Yes. We produce 3D views so you can see the space before anything is built. It is much easier to change a drawing than a finished wall.
