Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines, responsibilities, and expectations for all services provided by us.

By using our services, requesting a quotation/BOQ, or engaging in a project with Design Code, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotation & Payments

  • Quotations/BOQs are valid for a limited time (usually 30–60 days).
  • Prices do not include VAT or AIT unless stated.
  • Work begins after receiving the required advance payment.
  • Delayed payments may slow down or pause the project.

2. Work Process & Changes

  • Work is done based on approved drawings and selected materials.
  • Any change in design, materials, or scope may affect cost and timeline.
  • Extra work requires approval and may be billed separately.
  • Imported items/material prices may vary depending on market availability.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide correct information, approvals, and site access when needed.
  • Approve designs, materials, and decisions on time to avoid delays.
  • Online design work starts only after full payment and cannot be changed after final delivery.
  • Items already ordered cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Warranty, Safety & Disputes

  • Completed interior execution includes 1 year hardware replacement and 2 years service warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse or third-party damage.
  • Work may pause during uncontrollable events (force majeure) and resume once conditions improve.
  • Any disagreements will be resolved through discussion between both parties.

Agreement

By approving the design, quotation, or invoice and allowing work to begin, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
