A clinic is judged in the first two minutes. People read the waiting area, the smell, the state of the floor joints, and how long they sit before someone calls their name. We plan the space around that, then detail it so it survives being cleaned hard, every day, for years.
Avante Aesthetics at Probartak Circle in Chattogram was ours from start to finish, a full clinic renovation delivered turnkey: reception, treatment rooms, storage, and the wiring and plumbing behind the walls. Small mistakes do not stay small in a clinic. A drain in the wrong place, or a wall finish that lifts after six months of bleach, becomes your problem every single day.

We visit with whoever will actually run the place. How many patients a day, which rooms need a sink, where waste and dirty items leave the building, what equipment is already bought and what space and power it needs. This visit costs nothing.
We draw the patient route and the staff route so they cross as little as possible, and keep clean and dirty traffic apart. Only then do we mark drains, sinks, sockets, gas outlets and lights. Moving a drain after the floor is laid is expensive, so we settle it on paper.
Every surface faces one test: what does it look like after bleach twice a day for three years. That answers the floor, the wall paint, the door edges, the counters and the joint where wall meets floor. We put real samples in your hand, not only a 3D view.
Most clinics cannot close for two months. We phase the work room by room, seal the live area with dust screens, and push the noisy and smelly jobs to nights and weekends. We can move fast when the planning is done first. Dazzle Showroom was built in seven days because the drawings and the material list were finished before anyone touched the site.
We will not quote a figure before seeing the place, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Cost moves with the floor area, how many treatment rooms you need and how much new plumbing and drainage each one adds, the flooring you pick, false ceiling and partitions, AC and generator load, medical gas, and whether it is a bare floor or a renovation with breaking and disposal. Furniture made to order costs more than ready made units but uses the room properly. After the site visit you get a line by line quote, so you can see what each part costs and drop what you do not need.
We do not issue licences and we will not promise you an approval. What we can do is make the inspection boring. Sensible room sizes, a hand wash point where one is required, a separate route for waste, a store that is not inside the treatment room, fire exits and corridor widths that stay clear. For hospital scale work you will also deal with fire safety clearance and building approval, so bring your licence consultant to the first meeting and we will draw to what they ask for.
Yes. Very few clinics can afford to shut, so we plan for it. We agree the room order in writing, close off the live area with dust screens, protect the corridors, and keep the loud and dusty work to nights and weekends. Tell us at the first meeting, because it changes the whole plan. Expect a small chamber to take weeks and a full hospital floor to take months, and expect phased work to run longer than an empty site. You pay a bit more in time, and you keep seeing patients.
Yes. We take consultancy work with no buying and no building. You get the layout, the finish and material specification, electrical and plumbing point drawings, and site visits to check the work. We did Sunnah Scholars International School at Bohaddarhut that way, as a consultancy while their own side ran the build. Turnkey is simpler for most clients because one team answers for everything, but if you already trust a contractor, drawings only works fine.
